Festival Internazionale di Fotografia, Roma 2008
A long journey onboard African trains, to track the migration fluxes inside Africa, in the images shot by Giorgio Cosulich.
The exhibition is part of the International Photography Festival of Rome 2008 and the opening will be at the D'Ascanio Gallery, Via del Babuino 29, in Rome, on May 15th.
Un lungo viaggio a bordo dei treni africani, per tracciare le rotte dei flussi migratori interni all'Africa, negli scatti fotografici di Giorgio Cosulich.
La mostra che fa parte del circuito del Festival Internazionale di Fotografia 2008, sarà inaugurata presso la Galleria D'Ascanio, Via del Babuino 29, a Roma, il 15 maggio.
SalinaDocFest (Salina, Italy)
With the opening of the first edition of the SalinaDocFest, documentary festival, Giorgio Cosulich shows an exhibition by the title "Other's Places", with a series of picture inspired to the enviromental theme. The photographs show a territory victim of the careness, in Africa, South America, Asia, Europe and Usa. The exhibition is supported by the Italian Ministry for Enviroment and Terrirory.
In occasione della prima edizione del SalinaDocFest, festival del documentario, Giorgio Cosulich espone una mostra dal titolo "Luoghi altrui", con una serie di immagini ispirate al tema dell'ambiente. Le fotografie mostrano un territorio vittima della noncuranza dell'uomo, in Africa, Sud America, Asia, Europa ed Usa. La mostra è stata supportata dal Ministero dell'Ambiente.

A journey inside the Ostiense district of Rome, in the middle of a big retraining project of some of the city districts, supported by the Major Walter Veltroni. The retraining project envolves famous architects such as Renzo Piano and Richard Meier.
Twenty photographs, printed on 1x1,5 meters format, talk us about the contrasts inside the changing.
Un viaggio nel el quartiere Ostiense di Roma, al centro del grande progetto di riqualificazione di alcuni quartieri della capitale, voluto dal Sindaco Walter Veltroni. Al progetto urbanistico di riqualificazione partecipano grandi architetti come Renzo Piano e Richard Meier.
Venti immagini, stampate su un formato di 1x1,5 metri, che raccontano i contrasti all'interno del cambiamento.
